We accept items in new condition with the original tags attached for a refund, store credit or exchange. Items washed, worn or not returned in original condition will not be accepted and returned to the customer. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return. Return requests must be submitted by emailing us at After submitting your request, you will receive an email with detailed instructions to follow.


After your return has been received, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.


You will be refunded the full amount of the items returned. If you are an international customer or you paid for expedited shipping, you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned minus the cost of shipping on your original order. Return requests for refund within the United States will be free.

Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation via email. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 days to post the refund to your original form of payment.


Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge via the same shipping method used to place the original order. 

Your exchange will be processed and your replacement item/s will be shipped within 3 business days of the return being delivered.


Store credit is issued as a digital gift card. You can apply your gift card to orders placed on until the balance is gone. Your credit will be available to use once your return has been received at our headquarters.


Sale items are only eligible for store credit or exchange.


Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.


Please declare your return as “9801 - US Goods Returning” on your commercial invoice. Keep a copy of your invoice and a tracking number for your records. For an international exchange we will issue a gift card for the price of the item. Shipping will need to be paid for again.
